OVERVIEW
Brent Miller is looking for an experienced Jewelry Professional who can deliver the Brent Miller experience while simultaneously achieving their sales targets and deepening client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a client centric mindset by uncovering their clients needs through discovery, strategic storytelling, and relationship building.

EXPECTATIONS Specific Tasks/Goals/Responsibilities
SALES
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Adhere strictly to Brent Miller's sales process and hospitality guidelines, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
- Provide after-sales care and service.
- Assist in executing all opening and closing procedures to ensure a seamless client experience.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Establish and maintain one-on-one relationships with clients, providing them with an exclusive and memorable shopping experience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional follow-up with all potential leads by promptly responding to inquiries and requests for information.
- Maintain an understanding of client needs and preferences, proactively reaching out to offer assistance through personalized recommendations.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Complete all available trainings that are part of the Brent Miller training schedule and actively engage in all internal and vendor-led training sessions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the features, materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling points of the jewelry and watch collections offered by Brent Miller.
- Stay updated on new product releases, trends, and industry developments to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.
- Take proactive steps to enhance your skills and knowledge as a jewelry professional by demonstrating a strong commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
SKILLS + ABILITIES
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional Sales Knowledge
- Ability to manage client relationships both internally and externally
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Analytical & Critical Thinking
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation & facilitation)
- Adaptability & Flexibility
- Strong understanding of customer needs and priorities
- Must be available to work retail hours including weekends and some holidays
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
- 3+ years of previous luxury retail sales or relevant clientele focused experience
- 3+ years of client relationship management/development
PREFERRED
- Sales training/certification
- GIA training
- College/university degree
